- Account data: Anonymous user ID (generated automatically, no registration required)
- Usage data: Date history, preferences, and app settings stored locally and in Firebase
- Purchase data: Subscription status via RevenueCat
- Advertising data: Ad interactions via Google AdMob
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the app experience
- To sync data between devices (Couple Mode)
- To process in-app purchases
- To display relevant advertisements (free version only)

By downloading or using Datesy, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
- Datesy is intended for personal, non-commercial use by couples.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
In-App Purchases
- Datesy offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (“Datesy Pro”).
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Datesy is owned by Malte Kube. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Datesy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
